7 Seapoint players named on the ’26 Leinster Rugby Junior team

The Leinster Rugby Junior team begin their 2026 IRFU Interprovincial Series campaign this weekend. Their first match is against Connacht on Saturday, 25 April at Ballyhaunis RFC (KO 2pm).

This season’s captain is Donal McMahon of Seapoint RFC. McMahon has had a successful season with his home club, captaining the Seapoint team to All-Ireland Junior Cup glory in January. He is set to gain his first Leinster Junior cap this weekend, when he leads the Leinster Junior team in their match against Connacht.

The team for their first fixture will be announced later this week.
